Raul Marquez is more than a name in boxing, he’s a legacy. A former IBF Junior Middleweight World Champion, U.S. Olympian, and national standout, Raul has spent his life mastering the art of boxing and inspiring others through it.
Today, he brings that same world-class passion and discipline to Raul Marquez Boxing Studio, right here in Kingwood, Texas. But this studio isn’t about fighting , it’s about fitness, confidence, and community.
With decades of experience inside the ring and on camera as a boxing analyst, Raul now uses his expertise to lead people of all ages and fitness levels through boxing-inspired workouts that challenge the body and strengthen the mind. Whether you’re just starting out, looking for a new way to train, or wanting to be part of something empowering, Raul has created a space for you.

2. Do I need boxing experience to join?
Not at all.
Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, whether you're a total beginner or have experience. You don't have to get hit (unless you want to), and every class is led by certified coaches who guide you every step of the way.
3. What’s included in the $149 Member offer?
4 weeks of unlimited group classes, open gym access during non-class hours, and 2 free buddy pass monthly.
4. What kind of classes do you offer?
We offer boxing-inspired group fitness classes that combine skill-building, strength training, and cardio.
Each group session blends bag work, conditioning, and boxing fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. Youth classes will be 45 minutes. Adult classes are 55 minutes. Personal Training may vary.
5. What are the age requirements for youth?
We will offer classes for Little Champs (7-12), Future Champs (13+)
6. Where are you located and is parking available?
We’re located at 2714 West Lake Houston Parkway, Suite 180, Humble, TX 77339.
We’re in the heart of Kingwood with plenty of free parking available right outside the studio.
